Information we handle
We may receive contact, company, property, service-needs, and timeline information you choose to provide when requesting a walkthrough. The secure property portal also handles authorized users' names and email addresses, property assignments, report notes, comments, status updates, and uploaded property photos.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to walkthrough and proposal requests, provide cleaning services, communicate about properties, route field reports to the correct property manager, maintain service records, protect the portal, and improve our operations. Walkthrough requests are visible only in FIA's administrator area.
Private property photos
Portal photos are stored in private storage. They are served through authenticated portal links and are limited to FIA administrators and users assigned to the relevant property. Do not upload sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for the service request.
Service providers and analytics
We may use hosting, secure storage, authentication, and email-delivery providers to operate the website and portal. Optional website analytics load only after a visitor gives consent and only when FIA has enabled that service.
Retention and choices
We keep service and portal records only as long as reasonably needed for operations, security, legal obligations, and dispute resolution. You may decline optional analytics. To ask about portal access or a record, contact FIA at (847) 610-0359.
Security
We use access controls and private storage designed to protect portal information. No online system can guarantee absolute security, so authorized users should protect their sign-in accounts and report suspected access promptly.
Portal access is restricted. If you received a report link but cannot open it, ask the FIA administrator for access using the same email address you use to sign in.
